Still, I search for my God

1.
Still, I search for my God.
In silence, I marvel at the universe,
the world it contains,
the beauty, the harmony!
Creator of such perfection,
who else could it be?

2.
Come, listen to the trees,
the green fields, the rivers and the morning breeze,
the birds of the air
all singing their maker's praise.
Creator of countless wonders,
who else could it be?

3.
Yes, I am filled with peace,
for I feel the presence of the Lord my God.
Your praise I will sing,
my Maker, Creator of all,
because when I think of your works,
joy reigns in my heart.
